The online, and fillable, Repair / Color Modification Approval Form is available now!

 

If you are not changing anything about your home as repais are made, this will be a simple and seemless process.

 

If you have changes in color(s) that you would like to have considered, please fill in the areas noted (your contractor will be able to provide you) and secure the signatures (if printing and mailing or just type their names and phone numbers if submitting online) of the homeowners to the left and right of your home (REMEMBER, if you are on a corner lot and your neighbor's home across the street, to the left or right, faces the same direction, they ARE your neighbor).

 

Please Note: Click the "Submit by Email" button when finished...if you click on the attachment it may be garbled, THIS IS CORRECT as the form contains security coding that only the Board's Form Approval software can properly decode. In other words, click "Submit by Email" and send it without opening it. The attachment may be in a .PDF OR .XML format.
