1.  You must be local, or have a local office

2.  Minimum of $1 million in general liability 

3.  Worker's Comp insured

4.  Licensed and/or bonded

5.  Accredited

6.  15+ years in business

7.  5+ years at same address and phone number

8.  BBB rating of A

9.  Positive referral feedback
