Shannon and Greg would like to welcome Hollie Gilbert to the Billtown Farms HOA Board of Directors!  Congratulations, Hollie!  We are excited for the opportunity to continue to serve as your Board members for another year as well as looking forward to working with our newest Board member.

 

At the meeting, we discussed various topics, including the state of repairs for the 294 homes in BF, and removing any contractor signs from your yards.  The topics of parking on the street overnight and during school release times near Gelhaus were discussed.  Also on the agenda was an overview of the financial position of BF and the new changes implemented last year and the results of those changes.  Liens and the process and cost behind those were discussed (data available under Documents / 2013-March Financial Report).  The budget from 2012 is also available under Documents / 2012 Budget.  Dates were selected for the Community Yard Sales and the Fall Festival date was tossed around.  

 

The next HOA General Meeting will be held (reservation pending) on September 23, 2013 at 6:30 pm at Ramsey Middle School.

 

The next HOA Board Open House will be held on May 20, 2013 at 6:00 pm at 6728 Bluffview Circle.
