Please print out, review, complete, sign, and return the Architectural Modification Request Form for any external changes to your property, such as a new deck, a fence, new landscaping, etc. This is a requirement for all Billtown Farms Homeowners per our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The board of directors, or representative, will be sure to reply to your request within 2 weeks of receipt.
