| Local Contractor List **UPDATED 5/17/2012** |
Posted on May 11th, 2012
UPDATED **5/17/2012**
There are now 5 contractors, out of the dozens that flooded our neighborhood over the past couple of weeks, that have submitted enough information to make it on the list. I don't know about you, but it makes me wonder why the others would not submit their information when they were so excited about being added to the list.
Did you read the Courier Journal article that was posted on this website (5/16/2012)? If not, you should as it may explain why so few made the list.
Please Note:
Billtown Farms HOA is providing this list to the homeowners of Billtown Farms only as a convenience and for informational purposes. Also, the inclusion of any website, email address and/or “link(s)” does not imply Billtown Farm HOA’s endorsement, affiliation or association of or with any contractor(s) listed. Billtown Farms HOA urges all homeowners to contact the contractor(s) directly should questions arise.

| Want to know what your home's colors are? |
Posted on May 6th, 2012
If you do not know what your home's exterior colors are (specific manufacturer and manufacturer-color name), you can send me an email and I will let you know what was chosen by the original homeowner during the design meeting prior to build.
This information is strictly for those interested knowing what the original colors of their home are; front door, garage door, windows, siding, trim, brick/stone, chimney, etc.; for informational purposes only. It is also helpful in the event that you, or your contractor, are unable to find a color reference should you desire matching your current colors when replacing all or a portion of the materials damaged during the storm.
If you would like this information, please email to me the following information; your name, address, email address and phone number. My email address is gstreif@delivererinc.com.
Please note that there may NOT be colors and/or manufacturers listed for all of the building items you are looking for and in some instances there may be no information available as the selections were made by the developer, not the homeowner.
Have a great day and blessings to you and yours!
Greg Streif; President / Billtown Farms Homeowners Association
